1. Business Information This website is operated by Mrs Myers – Make It Personal by Mrs Myers. For any queries, please contact us using the details provided on our website or Etsy shop.

 

2. Personalised Items All products are personalised and made to order. This includes embroidered and custom-printed items created specifically to your requirements.

 

3. Order Accuracy It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering. This includes: - Spelling - Grammar - Names and dates - Colours and design choices We will produce items exactly as submitted. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

 

4. Right to Cancel (Personalised Goods) Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or made-to-order items are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period. By placing an order, you agree that your item is personalised and therefore not eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun, unless faulty.

 

5. Returns & Refunds Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is: - Faulty - Damaged - Incorrect due to our error Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with: - Your order number - A description of the issue - Clear photographic evidence We will review and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate, in line with UK consumer law.

 

7. Processing Time All items are made to order. Our current turnaround time is 3–5 working days before dispatch. This may vary during busy periods. Customers will be informed where possible of any delays.

 

8. Shipping & Delivery Orders are shipped via: - Etsy delivery services - Royal Mail Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services; however, we will assist in resolving any delivery issues. Customers must ensure that delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.

 

9. Colours & Product Appearance We make every effort to display colours accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and materials. Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed.

 

10. Liability Mrs Myers – Make It Personal by Mrs Myers shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
